I use the camera to capture the moments that I consider to have an aesthetic, emotional, artistic, anthropological or other value. The image, even though it wasn’t my first intention, pictures spontaneity, innocence, unconscious creativity of the human species, as well as the beauty, sadness and sublime of the everyday life of a person we will not call “ordinary”. Regarding that the images were taken in China, the the “most populous” country in the world, the issue of man is all the more dramatic, in proportion to the individual’s resourcefulness, creativity and its side effects.
